SALTED PRODUCTS
Everyone knows about salted anchovies because they have already eaten some on a pizza... and have kept the memory of a very, even too salty product.
However, the recipes and manufacturing processes used in our plant can reduce the level of salt in order to enhance the taste of anchovies.
Salted anchovies will go well with salads or cold dishes. They will also be excellent toppings for hot dishes or apéritives.
